Mark is responsible for the delivery of civil projects, with experience in subdivision and land development works. He manages programme, cost control, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication, working closely with clients and consultants throughout delivery. Mark is known for his strong site presence, structured approach, and ability to manage multi‑stage projects in live environments.

Mark provides strategic and technical leadership across TW Civil & Infrastructure’s three waters projects, overseeing stormwater, wastewater, and water supply works from planning through to commissioning. He works closely with clients, Project Managers, and engineers to actively manage risk and work through complex technical challenges as projects progress. Mark is known for his direct, hands‑on approach and plays a key role in supporting clear decisions and practical solutions on three waters projects.

Djet supports the delivery of civil infrastructure, with a strong focus on water and three waters projects. He is closely involved in planning, site coordination, and day‑to‑day project management, working alongside Project Managers and site teams. Djet’s organised approach and growing technical capability help ensure works are well coordinated and aligned with project requirements.

Stuart supports civil project delivery through planning, technical coordination and on‑site engineering support. He works alongside Project Managers and site teams to manage quality requirements, documentation and progress tracking across a range of civil works. Stuart also brings a background in geotechnical exposure, enabling informed decision‑making around ground conditions, methodology and buildability during construction. His structured, considered approach helps ensure works are delivered safely and in line with project requirements.

Rich supports civil project delivery across a range of infrastructure works, assisting with site coordination, construction methodology, and compliance requirements. He works closely with supervisors and delivery teams to identify issues early and support efficient, safe construction. Rich brings a practical, site‑focused approach that supports smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Bruce brings over 50 years’ experience in the civil and infrastructure industry, supporting projects across a wide range of delivery environments. He works closely with clients, Project Managers and suppliers during the pre‑construction phase to shape clear scopes, realistic pricing and practical construction approaches. Bruce’s depth of industry knowledge and strong understanding of buildability help identify risks early and ensure projects are well prepared for successful delivery.

Joe manages civil projects with a strong focus on rural and regional works. He has extensive experience delivering council panel works and is known for working well with landowners and the wider farming community. Joe takes a practical, hands‑on approach to project delivery and is also actively involved in mentoring younger team members on site, supporting capability development alongside safe, efficient delivery.

Aaron oversees the day‑to‑day operations of TW Aggregates, managing quarry production, logistics, and supply to support civil and infrastructure projects across the region. He is responsible for ensuring consistent material quality, reliable supply, and safe quarry operations. Aaron brings a practical, hands‑on approach to operations management and works closely with customers and transport providers to respond to project demand while maintaining efficiency and high operational standards.
