He works closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure work is well planned, risks are managed early, and projects are delivered safely and reliably. With extensive civil infrastructure experience, Ian brings a practical, solution focused approach and remains actively involved throughout the life of a project to support clear decision making and strong working relationships.
