Gets the job done
Our Services
Subdivision construction
Our subdivision construction services include greenfield residential site preparation for small, medium and large-scale subdivisions.
This includes everything from site clearance to bulk earthworks, foundations, three waters, amenities, telecommunications, roading, landscaping and footpaths.
We are able to work within each council’s code of practice for land development. We understand the deliverables, and quality assurance and testing required, including as-built plans, surveying and other plans after the fact for compliance. We know we deliver superior work, and prove it will last and not have maintenance issues.

Commercial land development
Our commercial land development services include building foundations for commercial structures, earthworks, utilities, landscaping and site works for big industrial and commercial structures such as retail malls and car parks.
We’re unique as a civil contractor in that we have the expertise and equipment to do every aspect of civil projects including earthworks, drainage, water and roading. This allows us to streamline the project for smooth delivery on time, to specification and budget.
Our specialists include a surveying team and our project managers are qualified engineers. This gives us the complete civil skill set under one roof. We’ve worked with many developers for the design and consenting process, getting involved early to save them time and money with stress-free delivery.
Public housing developments
We also deliver smaller scale housing and subdivision developments for Kāinga Ora and government agencies. While we have the capability to handle these large scale and complex projects, we’re big enough to count but small enough to care.
We also handle single residential developments, such as building residential driveways, utility connections, retaining walls and landscaping. As part of the TW Group we have access to a large variety of trade services to get your projects done efficiently.
