Our construction company undertook the project management and execution of an industrial business storage development, in collaboration with our TW Group businesses.
Broken into two parts, building B involved the build of four industrial storage units catering to diverse tenancies, including specialised food storage facilities. Adjacent to this, Building A is currently under construction, aiming to accommodate five office unit tenancies. Building A’s design includes a conference room, three meeting rooms, five bathrooms, and a stylish open plan communal food and beverage area for tenants.
Situated on a 10,375m2 section along the bustling Tomoana Road in Hastings, this development marked significant milestones, notably the completion of three separate concrete slab foundation pours for building B, totalling 1,000 cubic meters of concrete.
