TWCI delivered the civil infrastructure works for a twelve-unit, two-storey residential development in Napier, providing essential services and site preparation to support the construction of quality homes for the local community. The development comprises a mix of four-bedroom, three-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, designed to meet a range of housing needs.
The scope of works included earthworks, site preparation, drainage, underground services, roading, pavements, and associated civil infrastructure required to service the development. From the early stages of the project, our team worked closely with stakeholders to coordinate programme delivery, manage site logistics, and ensure all works were completed to the required standards.
