Currently in progress is the design and build of a commercial development and the head office of TW Group. Situated on 4.5 ha section in Onekawa, the project has been developed into four commercial and industrial premises. TW Property have been involved in the full design and consent process alongside Fat Parrot Architecture, while TW Construction managed the build from the ground up. All of our businesses divisions worked together on this project from the civil and infrastructure works, right until the final lick of paint.
Building A, consists of a two storey 3000m2 custom designed open floor office space. With many bathrooms, kitchens and meeting spaces, this project falls nothing short of stylish and functional. The office space is complimented by a substantial warehouse yard designated for storage across all our business divisions. Additionally, there’s a dedicated bay for pick-up and drop-off operations.
Two additional units to the development will consist of a further 4,500m2 of storage, office and workshop space for our partnering businesses, Rocket Scaffolding and TW Joinery.
